Speechless is a short story by Brown doll at penpee.com.
Three years after the birth of her child, she decides to take up a small trade to support her child and herself, while waiting for the return of her husband who was said to have travelled to a foreign country for greener pastures.
Before she got married to him she was a naïve young African girl of seventeen who just finished her high school final exams, so she came back home to receive the news of marriage, knowing fully well that has no say or hope of being sponsored for a higher education decides to give in to the marriage
