Prologue
No matter what I did, every time I came back, I couldn’t stop her. I kept losing her, and it got worse and worse. I felt helpless, and broken.
Death was something inevitable written in her destiny, but something inside me wanted me to keep fighting no matter what. How could I let her go? I couldn’t.
I looked at her with clenched teeth and tears running down my face and decided to try it one last time.
