Short Story
Prologue
The Old Vicarage, Little Chester was an early 1900s Arts and Crafts house with deep red brickwork and high gable ends with decorated brick patterns. It stood on a raised terrace overlooking a garden that led down to the river. This was a perfect house, almost something the National Trust would consider taking over and opening to the public so why wasn’t it selling?
This was Juliette’s chance to get into house selling. It was the perfect house, all she needed was the perfect family

The ending gave me a slight chill. Nicely done.
The story is good in general.
Its events are coherent and its open ending makes the reader at the peak of thrillers.
Despite the obvious affected of the writer through thrillers, horror, and mystery films, especially the movie (The Others), she presented a beautiful story that expresses her independent character in writing.
But I think Some condensation would have added some kind of artistic value to the story.
Despite this, I think as I said, it is so good that we salute the writer for her outstanding work.
A beautiful story, enjoyed reading it. Skillfully penned. Seemed like an enchanted house. One of the positives of the piece. Write more about it.
