Invoking the God of Thunder Short Story Prologue
The Ifa priest stood before the king and his chiefs.
“Aworinde, I asked you to consult the oracle so that we’ll know what’s going on. Why are the male youths dying?” The king asked.
“Your highness, I do not need to consult any oracle because I am the architect of all the mishaps.”
“You call that mishaps? Mishaps or massacre?”
“Do not let it surprise you, neither should you blame me because I told you to find out those that killed my children but you refused. I sent the god of thunder to ruin them for me!”
