Your story cover must be of good standard and quality. The width should be smaller than the height. The width ratio to height should be W1:H1.6. For example, if the width is 250px, the height will be 400px. The story title should be on the cover, as well as your name. The size of the image must not be more than 300KB.
To get the appropriate height for your short story cover image, multiply the width by 1.6 or divide the height by 1.6.
Our recommended cover image size is 250px (width) 400px (height). whatever size cover image you use, make sure that the width is at least 250px.
When you look at the examples below, only the first image will qualify for approval because it has the correct size and the writer’s name and story titles are written on it.
Sometimes, you may face difficulty uploading your story cover image. If you have this issue, just contact us, send us the appropriate story cover and tell us your username or registered email id. Please note that we will not edit your story cover image for you. It is your responsibility to submit the appropriate image.

If I cannot upload the story image, who am I supposed to contact or send my story cover and username/ registered email ID?

You can try again later and if it still doesn't work, then you can send the correct size image with your name and story title clearly written on it to support@penpee.com and let us know your email address.
