“Princess,” he whispers, making my cheeks turn pink. “I know you most likely hate me because I left, so I’m sorry for what I’m about to do.”
My eyes widen as I realize a little bit too late. He presses his lips to mine in a burst of passion from the anticipation, one hand sliding up from my waist and into my hair. He sucks on my bottom lip lightly, and my body un-tenses, my fears flying away, and my muscles relaxing.
“M-Matt-” I pull away, my conscience hitting me hard. He left me… I can’t just let him-
“Shush.” he murmurs, pulling me back to him, prying my lips apart and deepening the kiss, making me moan softly. The space between our bodies becomes nonexistent as he pushes me up against the cave wall, pressing his body to mine. He pins my hands against the wall and his lips make their way along my jawline softly, making my eyes flutter closed in ecstasy.
“Matt-” I whimper. “Sweetheart, I can only tear myself away from you for so long…” he mutters, burying his face in my neck, kissing the sweet spot he discovered a while ago, and making me moan involuntarily.
I sigh, and we lie down on the ground. “You don’t have to anymore…” I whisper with tears in my eyes.
“I know, sweetheart.” he wraps his arms around me, holding me close. “I know.”
